Registration Options:
Learn To Play (Ages 4-14): Six Sessions --- $75
Mini Mites 6U (Birth years 2018, 2019, 2020) ---- $99
Mites 8U (Birth Years 2016, 2017) ---- $99
Squirts 10U (Birth Years 2014, 2015) ---- $150
Upper Levels: 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U & Travel --- $30
Girls Team & Upper House Teams Registration Fee $30***
LTP, 6U, 8U and House B teams are available for immediate registration. All except for LTP will skate 2x per week. Do not complete the GFHA registration for travel until tryouts are complete.
***Ice bill depends on number of sheets, tournaments, and other expenses divided among the team.

USA Hockey Requirement
If you do not have a current USA Hockey registration please use the link below to register. Once you have registered with USA Hockey you can return to this page to register for the season.
Step 1: CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
Step 2: Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
Complete all necessary forms online to sign up for this program: 1) GFHA Waiver 2) Crystal Fieldhouse Waiver/Photo & Video permission 3) Parent: USA Hockey Code of Conduct form 4) Consent-To-Treat/Medical History form 5) Concussion Waiver 6) Player: USA Hockey Code of Conduct form
